The house stands out with its art deco style curved staircase and long skinny windows which provide privacy and allow for natural light to fill the main and upper floors.
Some of our favourite things: a wood burning fireplace, two sun-filled outdoor spaces, ample storage space, proximity to lake views (2 minutes) and beach (25 minute walk) and the friendly neighbourhood vibe, stores and greenspaces. Be sure to stop by City Cottage Market for a coffee and good chat or pop in to visit Roni at Vintage & Antiques.
Recent projects: refinished hardwood floors, removed stucco ceilings, installed new patio tiles and most rooms were freshly painted.
Easy access to the TTC (bus stop in front of house); a short bus ride to Warden or Victoria Park station. Danforth Go train station is 10-minute drive.
